Welcome to ‘Cantabile Creative’ website (www.cantabilecreative.org) (“the Website”), which is produced and maintained by ‘Cantabile Creative’ (“the Operator”). By using this Website, users expressly agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws without limitation or qualification.

Order Terms and Terms of Use

  1. How to Modify or Cancel a Course
    Course can only be modified or cancelled before the transaction has been completed. Otherwise, modification or cancellation of course(s) is/are not allowed.

  2. Notes on Video Course
    Members are required to pay the video course fee, and to keep, or print out, the e-receipt of the enrolled course. The validity period of the video single lesson is within 30 days and the video full course within 60 days from the date of purchase.

  3. Notes on LIVE Online Course
    Members are required to pay the online course fee, and to keep, or print out, the e-receipt of the enrolled course. The validity period of the online single lesson is within 30 days and the online full course within 90 days from the date of purchase. You must also present the e-receipt to the instructor during the first lesson.

  4. Being Late, Cancellation or Modification of Reserved Course
    If members are late for more than 15 minutes due to personal reasons, the Operator reserves the right to cancel the online course. Any request of cancellation or modification of the reserved course must be informed to the Operator 24 hours in advance.

  5. Exchange or Refund
    Video and online courses are not exchangeable or refundable.
    The Operator reserves the right to change all courses or activities without prior notice. In the event of disputes, ‘Cantabile Creative’ reserves the right of final decision.

  • Should you be under the age of 18, please obtain prior confirmation from your parents or guardians in respect of the following Terms and Conditions.
  • The information contained on the Website has been prepared for the purpose of providing general information about ‘Cantabile Creative’, the services and activities offered or organised by ‘Cantabile Creative’ and its partners.
  • All information on the Website is for information purposes only. Whilst the Operator endeavours to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information, no express or implied statement, representation, warranty, or guarantee is given by the Operator as to the accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for a purpose of such information.
  • The Website also contains information input by other parties and users may link this Website to other sites and obtain information provided by other parties (collectively called “the other information”).   • In the event of inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.

  • In the event of dispute, the decision of the Operator shall be final, conclusive, and binding.
